We had a rock stuck in the brake rotors which caused a high pitched screeching sound when driving. I dropped by the shop without an appointment and Terry came out right away. He got the rock out and I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes! Cannot thank them enough for the fast and caring service. We've gotten several sets of tires from them in the past and are glad to know that they still provide the same excellent service under the new ownership.

I ordered a set of tires 2 weeks ago. Was told it would be a few days. No problem. 2 hours later I get a text with a time to install them the next day. Cool! However, when I called to adjust the time I was told they don't have my tires and they would call me when they received them. I waited a week, then decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had recently had trailer tires put on my RV and the bearings repacked. The work was done quickly and efficiently. This is absolutely the best tire shop In Livingston or anywhere for that matter. You are met with a smile from the time you come to the time you leave

The front desk staff at Brand tire are super customer service helpers. They showed me multiple tires with multiple tread patterns that I selected suitable to my driving habits, weather and road surfaces from interstate to rough gravel back roads. There is not much chitty chat from the shop crew.I was back on the road within an hour: old tires gone, new tires mounted, balanced installed. My vehicles have been running "Brand" (and "All Tire...") rubber about 15 years and will continue. It's about the service. Only one thing can stop me.

No joke, this is literally the BEST business in Livingston! They are kind, straightforward, and will go out of their way to fit you in at a damn good price. Tires are never fun to deal with, but All Service makes it painless and easy. They never try to upsell you, or swindle you into unnecessary crap like new air filters. Its an honest, oldschool, small-town business that is 100% consistent. I wish everywhere was like this! Cannot say enough good things about my 20 years of dealing with them! They've saved a crappy day (flat tire) a million times and neve let me down. Thank you All-Service!
